The 90cm HIG1995AB Duo Fusion hob fuses two different energy sources together. Every food you prepare will turn out perfectly thanks to induction cooking's even distribution of heat throughout the pan's surface. Since no heat is lost to the surrounding air due to this focused heat, induction cooking is quicker.

You also get the benefit of gas cooking thanks to the Fusion Volcano Wok burner. A high temperature is quickly reached by the 6 W inner flame, which focuses heat directly onto the pan's base. Even when you add fresh ingredients, the temperature will not decrease. In addition, there is a second exterior flame that can be turned on independently, providing you total control over your cooking.

To maximise cooking area, ASKO's adaptable Double Bridge Induction technology enables you to connect two smaller zones to make a single, larger one. If you're cooking for the family, this makes the perfect space for larger pots and pans. You'll have all the tools you need to make delectable dishes thanks to the six programmes, including Wok, Roast, Simmer, and Roast XL, as well as the 13 power levels.

The HIG1995AB's clean and modern style blends well with any kitchen's design. You'll have plenty of space to start cooking right away with five zones and auto pan detection. Each zone has its own timer that can count up or down depending on your preferences. The hob will turn off automatically when finished.

To swiftly operate your hob, use the Easy Slide touch control panel and dial. And it's even simpler to use with one-handed ignition.

If the zones are still too hot to touch, a residual heat indicator will let you know, and an automated safety shut-off will turn the power off in the case of a spill. A useful child lock is also provided to stop kids from changing any settings.
